How to play 2048

  1. Slide the tiles. Use arrow keys, WASD, or swipe to move every tile in one direction.
  2. Merge equal tiles. When two tiles with the same number touch, they merge into one — their values add up.
  3. Reach 2048. Keep merging to build the 2048 tile and win. Go further to chase 4096, 8192 and beyond.
  4. Don't fill the board. The game ends when no moves are possible — keep a corner strategy to survive.
